Terms of sale

Article 1 – Purpose and Seller Identity
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Karamba Gassama, a sole trader operating under the trade name Onde Noire (SIREN 850 346 628), based at 29 route de Marboz, 01000 Bourg-en-Bresse, France, and any buyer making a purchase on the online store ondenoire.com.

Article 2 – Products
The products offered are those listed on the site at the time of the order. Each item is made to order. Onde Noire reserves the right to modify the product range at any time.

Article 3 – Prices
Prices are quoted in euros. VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI) (VAT exemption threshold). The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order, excluding delivery costs, which are indicated prior to order confirmation.

Article 4 – Ordering
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Order confirmation is sent via email following payment validation.

Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online using the methods offered on the site. The transaction is secure.

Article 6 – Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided at the time of the order. Production and delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to provide a reason. Return costs are borne by the buyer. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy. Article 8 – Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer may have recourse to a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of any dispute. Failing this, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
